Yeti Scrubs is the registered trade name under which we operate. All products, including our Dead Sea mineral formulations, are marketed and sold exclusively through our authorized Shopify storefront and the Shop App.
2. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site and within the Shop App—including text, graphics, logos, images, and product formulations—is the exclusive property of Yeti Scrubs and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Use of the "Yeti Scrubs" name or logo without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Merchant Transparency & Compliance
In compliance with Shopify Merchant Policies:
Product Authenticity: We guarantee that all goods sold are original formulations created by Yeti Scrubs.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive for 100% accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders resulting from such errors.
Data Security: Customer data is processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted gateway. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Yeti Scrubs provides its products "as is" for their intended use. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of products or for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our store or the Shop App.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from the use of this shop shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
